Shipping Methods

Lotus 1, Inc. uses four (4) different carriers to make sure your items arrive on time:

  • FedEx
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

 

UPS has teamed up with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to assist with deliveries for normal or standard shipping. Under the UPS Smart Delivery Options, UPS will transport the package initially. The package will then be handed over to your local USPS to deliver to you.

Merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case:

  • You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances
  • Your shipping charge (if applicable) will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is shipped

 

Please note: orders being shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by standard delivery only and are excluded from the expedited shipping options.  Please see items with special shipping guidelines or check product pages for more details.

If merchandise is in-stock:

  • It is usually processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days.
  • We will let you know at checkout, or by a follow-up email, if your merchandise is currently in stock or if we need to verify the items availability.

 

If an item is out-of-stock, it will be placed on backorder and will ship as soon as it is available. We will give you an expected shipping time at checkout.

 

When will I receive my order?

Below is a list of estimated shipping times for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our warehouses and delivered to you. Your order confirmation email will include an estimated shipment date(s) based on the delivery method selected when the order was placed. ‘Business days’ are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Same-Day Delivery:WE CURRENTLY DO NOT OFFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY.
  • Gift Cards:Gift Cards are sent via USPS and will ship within 3 business days.For additional shipping information, click here.
  • Beauty Items with Restrictions on Air Shipping:Restricted items include aerosols, pressurized spray cans and alcohol-based products (hairspray, nail polish, nail polish remover, shaving cream, etc.). Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, these items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only. These restricted items are not eligible for Premium or Overnight Shipping.

 

Standard Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by your order total. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. These surcharges are clearly shown on applicable product pages.

An additional charge of $6 will be added for each additional shipping address in a single order.

Shipping times
The times listed below estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. (“Business days” means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected. When you choose “Premium” or “Express” delivery, we’ll expedite processing in our warehouse and then select the shipping carrier and method designed to meet the stated delivery. Please note: orders being shipped to APO addresses and US Territories cannot be expedited.

E-Gift Cards
E-Gift Cards are delivered via email only, usually within 24 hours after your order has been placed. E-Gift Cards that are returned because they are undeliverable will be automatically credited to the original tender and the E-Gift Card numbers will be cancelled. Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address.

Exchanging merchandise purchased on macys.com is easy! We offer these exchange options for your convenience:

  • You can use our online return toolto initiate the return process and to receive credit. Then, place a new online order.

  • If your item to be exchanged was received as a gift, we’ll send you an electronic gift card after Macy’s receives your return.

 

Don’t have your packing slip/invoice?

  • We will gladly look up your purchase information with your Macy’s account number, Bank Card number or Registry.  If we’re able to access your receipt, you will receive a refund to the original account, or a store credit.
  • If we can’t determine proof of purchase, we’ll give you a online store credit for the item’s lowest selling price within the last 180 days.
